I have been in the real estate industry since April of 1981. Over the years, I have worked with a few of the larger companies, where a customer is just a number and service was not a priority. I founded Western Washington Mortgage on the principal of the "Golden Rule". To provide for my customers no less than what I would personally expect from a mortgage lender.
I pledge to provide my customers with quick, efficient and honest service. The type of service that they can count on and tell their friends and family about. My service is not about numbers or quotas, my service is about people.

As your Loan Processor, I will ensure your application and credit report are complete and accurate. I will review your complete loan submission, including all documentation needed and provided by you, to process your loan. I work together with your Loan Officer, Appraiser, Title and Escrow Agents, Realtor and the lender to complete your purchase or refinance transaction. I keep your Loan Officer and Realtor abreast of the status of your loan on a daily basis or as needed.
I assemble your submission package and over-night it to the lender. I review the approval from the lender, and any outstanding conditions with your Loan Officer, Realtor or other third party to the transaction; in turn your Loan Officer will review these conditions with you. After these conditions are obtained, I resubmit your package back to the lender for the final approval; at which point we are cleared by the lender to order your "documents" for your signature. When your documents are delivered to the escrow company, I review the final costs to you and /or the seller with the escrow agent and your Loan Officer, at which time you will be called into the escrow company to sign your documents.
After your loan is closed, I will send you a survey to request your thoughts and opinions on our performance with your loan.
